1. The service

Ask then Go (askthengo.com) is a free travel planner. You describe a trip in your own words and an artificial-intelligence assistant builds a proposal: the places to stop, the days, a map, and links to partners where flights, stays and activities can be searched and booked. No account is needed.

A plan is a proposal, not a booking. Schedules, opening hours, distances, driving times, seasons and entry rules are indicative and can be wrong or out of date; check them before you book or travel.

2. Prices and bookings

Ask then Go does not sell tickets, stays or any other travel service and does not take payments. Prices shown on the page come from partners (for example Kiwi.com, Stay22 and GetYourGuide) or are fares recently found by other travellers and are marked as such. Only the provider you book with confirms the final price and availability. Every booking is made on the partner's site, under that partner's own terms.

Some links and widgets are affiliate links: if you book through them, Ask then Go may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Suggestions are chosen for your trip, not for the commission.

3. Shared links

“Share” creates a link to a read-only copy of the plan on screen. Anyone with the link can open it. The copy does not include stays you marked as booked or a flight you picked. You can stop a link at any time from the same browser; the copy is then deleted. Do not put information in a plan that you would not want the people you send it to to see.

4. Fair use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, to overload it automatically or to extract its data. To keep the service available to everyone, the number of planning requests per visitor is limited.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Ask then Go is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information in a plan, by price or availability changes at partners, or by travel decisions based on a plan. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published here, with its date. Romanian law applies, without affecting the protection your own country's consumer law gives you.
